The operating principle of the clean room double girder overhead crane:

After the high speed of the motor is reduced to the required number of revolutions, it is output by the low-speed shaft of the reducer, and the power is transmitted to the drum group through the inner ring gear on the drum, and then the hook is lifted and lowered through the wire rope and the pulley group, thereby Complete the purpose of lifting heavy objects.
● Transmission of the cart running system: the power is sent by the motor, and the power is transmitted to the high-speed shaft end of the reducer through the brake wheel coupling, compensation shaft and half-tooth coupling, and the high speed of the motor is reduced through the reducer After reaching the required number of revolutions, it is output by the low-speed shaft of the reducer, and then connected with the driving wheel shaft of the cart through the full-tooth coupling, thereby driving the rotation of the driving wheel of the cart and completing the purpose of vertically lifting heavy objects on the bridge. The driving mechanisms at both ends of the cart are the same.
● Transmission of the trolley running system: The trolley running system is similar to the big trolley running system, except that the trolley running system does not have a compensation shaft and a half-tooth coupling. The running system of the trolley is composed of electric motor, brake, reducer, full-tooth coupling and active wheels of the trolley. The driving wheel of the trolley is connected with the low-speed shaft of the reducer through a full-tooth coupling, which drives the rotation of the driving wheel of the trolley, and completes the purpose of lifting heavy objects laterally on the bridge.
