Reasons for abnormal noise of clean room dust-free electric hoist

The clean room dust-free electric hoist will encounter many failure problems during use, such as the failure of control electrical appliances, motors or reducers, often accompanied by abnormal noise. The location, level and sound of these noises vary for different failure causes. When refurbishing a clean room dust-free electric hoist, you should listen and read more. You can use or locate the noise based on the characteristics of the faulty noise to find and fix the fault.
1. The control circuit of the electric hoist in the clean room has abnormal noise and emits a "humming" sound, which is usually caused by contactor failure (such as poor contact of the AC contactor, inconsistent voltage levels, stuck magnetic core, etc.). The faulty contactor needs to be repaired and cannot be replaced. After processing, the noise will be eliminated by itself.
2. If the dust-free electric hoist motor makes abnormal noise, immediately stop the machine to check whether the motor is running in single phase, or the bearing is damaged, the shaft center of the coupling is dislocated, and "sweeping" will cause the motor to make abnormal noise. The noise location, level and sound of different faults are different. During single-phase operation, the entire motor emits a regular strong and weak "humming" sound; when the bearing is damaged, it will emit a "humming" sound, accompanied by a "hanging-hanging" sound near the bearing; but when the coupling shaft When the heart is not aligned, or when the motor is lightly swept, the entire motor will emit a high "humming" sound, accompanied by a harsh sound from time to time. In short, according to the different noise, find out the fault, repair it item by item, and restore the normal performance of the motor. It is forbidden to use the winch when the motor failure is not resolved.
3. The clean room dust-free electric hoist reducer makes abnormal noise, and the reducer is faulty (such as lack of lubricating oil in the reducer or bearing, gear wear or damage, bearing damage, etc.). At this time, stop the machine to check whether the reducer or bearing is lubricated before use, and whether the lubricating oil is replaced regularly during use. If not lubricated as required, not only will the reducer produce an excessive "hum" noise, it will also cause excessive wear or damage to the gears and bearings.
