Correctly determine the lifting point and use two sets of main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms to operate, so as to safely and smoothly complete the turnover of objects.
1. The operation of turning the object 90 °, and the turning of the ladle is an example of turning the object 90 °. The operation method is: the bridge crane with main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms is used to complete the task of ladle turnover. Generally, the main hook is hung on the overturned object, such as pouring ladle The upper lifting point is used to lift the ladle, and the auxiliary hook is hung on the lower lifting point to overturn the ladle. When lifting, the two hooks lift and start the trolley at the same time to transport the ladle to the casting position. During casting, the two hooks descend at the same time. When the ladle is lowered to a suitable height for casting, slowly lift the auxiliary hook to make the bottom of the ladle rise gradually. The main hook continues to descend and adjust the position of the trolley to ensure that the pouring nozzle of the ladle is aligned with the gate at all times while the ladle is overturned, and the poured liquid steel is accurately injected into the gate. During casting, the main and auxiliary hooks shall adopt slow gear to pour liquid steel slowly to prevent the liquid steel from washing the sand mold.
2. Turn the object 180 °
In many cases, such as process installation, machining or equipment maintenance, it is necessary to turn the workpiece 180 °. Operation method: use two sets of long slings to hang at point B together. Sling 1 bypasses the bottom of the object and is tied to the main hook_ The sling 2 is directly tied to the auxiliary hook. After being tied properly, the two hooks lift the object about 0.3 ~ 0.5m away from the ground at the same time, and then stop the auxiliary hook and continue to lift the main hook. At this time, the workpiece will gradually turn upward around point B in the air. In order to keep point B at a distance of 0.3 ~ 0.5m from the ground, continue while the main hook is gradually lifted
Lower the auxiliary hook. Under the slow and stable coordinated action of the main and auxiliary hooks, the workpiece can be turned over 90 °. When the object is turned over 90 °, the auxiliary hook drops continuously and slowly, and the main hook continues to rise to prevent the workpiece from touching the ground.
After such continuous action, the upper part of the workpiece rests on the sling of the auxiliary hook. With the lowering of the auxiliary hook, the a end of the workpiece rotates clockwise around the B end, so that the workpiece can be safely turned 180 °.
