A special turning machine for a passenger car chassis frame, comprising a frame composed of a supporting frame and a supporting beam. A walking guide rail is arranged longitudinally below the supporting beam, and two sets of electric hoists are provided on the walking guide rail. The lower part of the electric hoist is respectively correspondingly suspended with a turning mechanism.

The turning mechanism includes a turning motor, a turning chain and a scissor fork arranged between the turning chains. A locking buckle and a positioning pin are arranged at the ends of the turning chain. The advantage of the special turning machine for passenger car chassis frame is simple structure and easy to use. The frame can be turned over through two sets of turning mechanisms suspended under the two sets of electric hoists to realize the fixed assembly of the bulk parts of the chassis and the parts that are inconvenient to install.
