(1) Temperature and humidity requirements: the temperature is generally 24+2℃, and the relative humidity is 55+5%.
(2) The volume of fresh air is large. Due to the large number of personnel in this type of workshop, the following maximum values can be taken according to the following values:
10-30% of the total air supply volume of the non-unidirectional flow clean room; compensate for the fresh air volume required for indoor exhaust air and maintain the indoor positive pressure value; ensure that the fresh air volume per person per hour in the room is ≥40m3/h.
(3) The air supply volume is large. In order to meet the cleanliness and heat and humidity balance in the dust-free workshop, a large air supply volume is required. For a workshop of 300 square meters, the ceiling height is 2.5 meters. If it is 10,000-level, the air supply volume needs to be 300×2.5× 30=22500m3/h air supply volume (the number of air changes is ≥25 times/h); if it is 100,000 class, the air supply volume needs 300×2.5×20=15000m3/h of air supply (the number of air changes) , is ≥ 15 times/h).
