Crane Wheel Block Drive System

The wheel block system is a rail-mounted crane component that comprises a set of wheels and a frame to support the load during movement. The system can handle loads up to 40 tons, and the wheels can have a diameter of up to 500 mm. Besides crane accessories, the wheels can also be deployed for moving heavy loads.

DESIGN FEATURES OF WHEEL BLOCK SYSTEM

• In accordance with ISO, FEM, DIN norms, our wheel block can be disassembled to crane end beams , transfer carts, AGV and RGV.

• Soft starts and stops, shock-free operation and long life are provided with engine and reducer groups specially produced for crane applications.

• Five standard configurations are available for mounting wheel blocks on existing structures design to be motorized (hoist trolleys, end carriages on crane,...)
